We Offer A Broad Array Of Legal Services

Most of our clients come to us when they need help with a contract issue that they are having, either reviewing one that they were given to sign, drafting one to suit their purposes or helping them renegotiate the terms of the proposed agreement.

Tyler is trained as a business mediator by the New York Bar Association and Cleveland Mediation Services. With this training, he helps clients come to an agreement and help them decide on a pathway forward together.

For others who come to us for help, Tyler provides legal services such as document drafting for select family law and estate planning. He also advises clients who are going to court themselves and need guidance regarding their pleadings. Our goal is always to help in whatever capacity we can. If you cannot afford full representation, Tyler will help you in a more limited way.
